Save LEADpiper “import schemes” to save time

LEADpiper users who routinely import spreadsheets from one or more sources can now save “import schemes” for future use. A saved scheme remembers which columns of the spreadsheet to keep and which to discard, and what names to give those to be imported. When a previously saved scheme is called back for a recurring import, it uses the stored information to make the import a one-click process. A saved import scheme can also be used to automatically add useful meta data to leads coming from a particular source, like a source name or a campaign name.

LEADpiper gets a new “distribute” screen

The improved lead distribution screen lets the user qualify leads easily before distributing them. The user can tap through a list of leads quickly and inspect each in the new “content panel” to identify potential issues and quickly delete, disqualify, or correct problematic leads.

One of LEADpiper’s great features is that it searches through content of leads and look for keywords to identify the correct market each lead belongs to. With “custom fields” added to the target of search, LEADpiper can now search through any and all parts of a lead’s content to determine the appropriate market it belongs to, and better locate the “match” to send it to.
